Do Not Browse The Internet Again, Until You Read This!

When last did you visit the Internet and did exactly the only thing that took you there?

Chances are that you wanted to visit a blog or a website where you will get information that will help you increase your knowledge of your business, which will eventually lead to increased income. But before then you wanted to check your private mail to know whether a relative or bossom friend sent you a mail, and then before you logged into your inbox, you saw a catchy MSN or Yahoo news headline on Obama or George Bush, Clinton, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Beyonce, Shakira, Sean Connery, your favorite actor, your football club, your best artiste or just anybody or anything. You love politics or business or sports or entertainment, so you click on the news on your area of interest. After the news, you either consider making some further findings on what you read (yes, I bet you will want to do that because we are at the age of information, and nobody wants to get it second hand. Besides, who knows if you will be the next President Obama or the next Bill Gates or Abramovic or the big time investor in the next award-winning movie or music?), or you quickly check your inbox, and there lies some messages from your friends in Myspace, or Facebook. Then you want to reply the message. Then before you know it, you sign in for chatting. You are yet to visit the site or blog that made you want to browse the Internet in the first place. And as these things are happening, another important thing is also taking place: time is fast ticking away!

There are so many scenarios that I can’t quite remember now. But sadly enough, they exist and all they do is take your precious time. You hardly browse the internet and come out having done exactly what you had actually planned to do, except, of course, you know what I’m about to tell you now.

So, how did I know? I wonder if that question is necessary, considering the detailed description I gave of exactly what obtains when you browse the Internet casually. I’ve been there before, that’s why I know what is obtainable. Browsing the Internet in a casual manner is destructive, or better put, a waste of resources. You waste your time and you waste your money. You might even be surprised that some people will drift from the conditions mentioned above to pornographic sites where they will spend the rest of the day getting sexually aroused (This is especially if the person has his personal computer).
The reason you practically loiter around the World Wide Web jumping from one website to another aimlessly is because you do browse the Internet casually. And if you are an Internet marketer, it is a crime against yourself.
You see, the way we learnt about the Internet was that it is for pastime. You just go there when you want to lazy about or chat with a friend. And to so many people, the Internet has not changed from that. It still is where you visit casually and come out the same way. That casual mentality has made even those who are into on-line business to see money therefrom as “money that comes by the way”

But today, I have an advice for you: each time you want to browse the Internet, plan and write down in black and white, whatever you want to do on the Internet!
This is also why you need to have your writing materials handy, so that each time a thought about what you want to do on the Internet comes into your mind, you will have somewhere to record it.

Once you write down whatever you want to do on paper, and visit the Internet with the paper where you outlined where and where you want to visit, then you’ve got the precision of a man working with his “to-do list”. This way nothing will distract you because your notebook (or a very small jotter) will act as your compass that directs you on where you are sailing to, and get you focused whenever there’s any likelyhood of you getting derailed. I have my little jotter, which I use as my compass as far as browsing the Internet is concerned. It keeps me organised throughout my stay on the Internet, for each day.
This advice can easily be overlooked (in fact it is too simple to mean much to unserious marketers.), but it has the capacity to make a success of many struggling on-line marketers.

SEVEN BENEFITS IN INTERNET FORUMS

Internet forums are wonerful places to be, especially as an Internet marketer. If you join forums in your niche, then be sure to benefit so much, especially when you try as much as you can to be active in the forums. Just take a look at the following benefits:
Ø Free Knowledge: In forums you have access to knowledge worth some real money for free. Forum members are ever willing to share their knowledge and experience with others, and you can, especially as a newbie, benefit from these free knowledge.
Ø Cost Saving: You are saved cost by having somethings that you would ordinarily spend money to achieve given you for free by your forum members. When I was to publish my first site, I had some difficulties. Yet I had it piblished by a member of one of the forums I belong. I would have spent so much money to have someone else do it for me.
Ø Mentorship: Forum members provide a form of mentorship to newbies. There are those in every forum who are ever willing and ready to offer you help in every topic. And from there you can even develop a lasting business relationship with some of the gurus in the industry.
Ø Opportunity to build credibility: Forums offer you the opportunity to build credibilty and establish yourself as a guru in the Industry where you operate. If you are the open-minded type that will always offer help to peopl, especially the newbies, you will soon be seen as a guru and an established expert in the Industry. The idea here is for you to always be willing and ready to offer useful help to people.
Ø Opportunity to advertise your products: The forums have sections where you can advertise your products for free. This is also another way of saving you cost. You also have the opportunity of advertising yourself.
Ø Early Guidance: I was in warrior forum and saw forum members discussing a particular product that was bought by some of them and found out that the product was just nonsense, and worse still, when they asked for refund as promised by the product owner, he said their guarrantee was just for thirty days and that the time to ask for refund was over. This issue actually came up because somebody in the forum wanted to buy this product and wanted to inquire from the forum members whether to go ahead with the purchase or not. After all he heard about the product, I’m sure no charm in this world would make him want to buy any product from this owner.
Ø Source of Motivation: You can easily see people who will give you the motivation and encouragement you need to keep on in your business and eventually succeed. It is great to have people of like minds and in the same business line who are willing to co-operate with you and help in building you up. Remember that iron sharpeneth iron.

These are some of the benefits of joining Internet forums. And if you are yet to join one, I wonder what it is you are still waiting for.

WHAT EXACTLY IS GOOGLE ADSENSE?

You have seen Google Adsense time without number. There are lots of them placed on so many sites that you may have visited. You could just visit a site and either on top of the site, along the sides, or under it, you see some small text ads that are placed on them. And you will always see written on them “Ads by Google”.
The idea behind Adsense is quite interesting. Google is one of the smartest organizations in the world. They want to help as many Internet visitors as possible to get what they want from the Internet. Google advertises for people and they charge these people for the service.
Now what they do is to use other peoples’ sites to place these ads. That is like making use of leverage. They charge people based on how much the people are willing to pay per click. And as they place these same ads on the sites of individuals and organisations, they pay the owners of these sites some part of what they charge the ads owners. It is like connecting those who advertise with their money and those who have the medium through which these adverts can be seen by the world. Google obviously make their money as the difference between the amount they charge the advertisers and the amount they pay the website owners or, as they are called by Google, “the publishers”.

Once you open an Adsense account with Google, you are given a code, which you place on your web pages or your blog (if you like blogging). What Google then does is to look for ads that are related to the content of your sites and place them on the pages that contain issues that are relevant to the ads. For instance, if your site is talking about dogs, you could have ads on dog food, dog medicine and just dog-related items placed on your site. Interestingly too, each page of your site is given ad texts that are related to the content of the page.
You make money with Adsense when people (visitors to your site) click on these ads. The amount of money you make is calculated by first considering how much Google pays per click, multiplied by the number of clicks per day, multiplied by the number of clicked ads and finally multiplied by the period in consideration (mostly one month). That obviously means that the amount of money anybody can make from Google Adsense is totally dependent on the number of people who visit your site within the period under consideration. It also means that the contents of your site must be good enough to attract and keep enough visitors to your site.

How To Make Money From Blogs Without Google

Most people who have heard about making money with blogs think about using Adsense alone to make money. This could be as a result of the knowledge available to them. Actually, making money with one’s blog should not just be limited to Google Adsense alone. I for one have been an advocate of discouraging monopoly in every business. And so it excites me whenever I see that there is a relatively good alternative to achieving anything in business. Here I will list to you some other ways to make money with your blog.
· www.chitika.com: this is another site that helps bloggers make more money with advertisements. And interestingly too, you can run it together with Google Adsense. All you need to do is log on to their site, apply to be a publisher, giving them all the necessary and true information about you and wait for them to approve your application. Chitika has made a lot of bloggers some real huge amounts of cash. Some bloggers even say they prefer it to Google Adsense.
· www.amazon.com: a lot of people think amazon is just about books. Not true. Becoming an associate of amazon is an incredible way of making money. Here you send your visitors to Amazon products through links and banners from your blog. If your visitors click on the ads and banners from your blog, then there’s an earning for you on all purchases they make during their shopping session with Amazon.
· Affiliate Programs: Most people already know what affiliate programs are. But for the benefits of those who do not know, an affiliate program is a designed system that allows you to promote someone else’s product and got paid for doing that.
In very simple terms, this is what an affiliate program is: you look for a niche you like (and which must be profitable, of course), you check out products in the niche whose owners run affiliate programs, you study how much they pay you per sale (that is the percentage of the sales price of the product), you check out other things like product quality, and the credibilty of the product owners, you create your blog, sign up with them and start promoting the product.

Now, there are so many sites that are links between those who have products they want to sell through affiliates and those who want to promote other peoples products (the affiliates themselves). As a blog owner, signing up with any of these sites will boos the income that your blog generates. Below are the sites:
v www.clickbank.com
v www.paydotcom
v www.netriches.thesecondtier.com
v www.cj.com
v www.hydranetwork.com
v www.maxbounty.com
v www.moreniche.com
v www.markethealth.com
Using any or two of these to generate income through your blog will be worth the reading of this post.

WHAT EXACTLY IS GOOGLE ADWORDS?

If you have ever searched for anything on the homepage of Google, then chances are very bright that you know what Google Adwords are.
These are the ads placed beside results of searched items on the homepage of Google. They are also placed on the pages of other websites that are owned by individuals or organizations. The way it operates is very simple. People use Google to advertise and Google charges them for such services. Now the amount that Google charges these people is open to competition. It is called bidding. Let us assume you want to use the keyword “internet dating” and you are willing to pay Google 50cents if anybody clicks it, and then another person, say Mr. X, wants to use the same keywords and he is willing to pay Google 60cents when anybody clicks the ads, Google will place the ads of the man who is willing to pay 60cents on top of the adverts column and place yours under it. Whoever bids more gets a higher placement. And as soon as anybody who is searching for anything on the Internet clicks on the ad, Google removes the bidded amount from the account of the the man who placed the ad. This model is what is called pay per click (ppc).

This system of advertising, though somewhat costly, is a great way of getting your products and services noticed by a great number of people on the Internet. And the results are so fast that an entirely newbie can launch his website this morning, set up his Google Adwords account, and before evening he has started making huge sales. It is faster than any other known means of generating traffic to one’s website.
Another beautiful thing about this is that you do not have the control of the number of people that will see your advert. In fact you don’t even know them. You could be sleeping and people from different parts of the world are busy visting your site and are either making purchases or are registering their names and email addresses on your site, thereby helping you grow your list of would-be customers.

FOUR THINGS TO DO BEFORE STARTING YOUR OWN INTERNET BUSINESS

Starting a business, whether Internet or offline business, is always difficult. And the most difficult stage is the stage where you are faced with the decision on what steps to take first. You have heard that so much money is made from Internet business; in fact you have even seen people make money from it, and as the days go by, you seem to desire this business more, yet you have no single idea what your first step should be. I totally understand how you feel because I was once in your shoes.
The truth is that it happens to everybody. And no guru today will tell you a different story. Of course we are all humans and someone else in the past must have felt what you are feeling now. I will list the exact steps you need to take to be able to put your Internet business up.
1. GET A COACH-most people will not tell you this, but I can stake anything for its result. It does not fail. There is nothing as good as having an experienced person in the business teach you how to do it.
But how do you get one? Almost anybody who has heard that people make money from the Internet heard it from somebody. It is beyond what you just stumbled into on the Internet. Yeah, there are times people just stumble into sites where they see sales pages advertising books or other products and such pages usually come with testimonials of people who may have made money from the products being advertised. And even in such cases, most testimonials come with the contact address of the testifiers. The most important step you will need to take is to contact somebody who is already into Internet business. This step will save you so much cost in the long run. If he is to be paid, please pay him. He will guide you, leading you by the hand every step of the way, until you start succeeding. This is your surest bet for success.

2. ASK YOUR COACH FOR THE RIGHT BOOKS TO READ-your coach would have known the reliable authors in the industry. And he will be the one to recommend the right books for you to buy. If you just get out to buy books on your own, you might end up buying junks.
NB: The major problem is not the books you will buy because most of the books come with money-back guarantee and the authors will refund you once you ask.
Read the right books so you will be exposed to all the available information in Internet business. There is a learning curve, and your growth must be at a certain level before you can start doing something worthwhile (especially if you want to go into information selling, blogging, affiliate marketing, forex, etc). After reading, choose the area you want to go into (again, with the guidance of your coach).
3. CONSIDER YOUR STRENGTH WHILE CHOOSING A BUSINESS MODEL-if you do not have a computer and do not hope to buy one soonest would you fold your hands and watch till God-knows-when before you start doing something? No! You will need to choose an Internet business that will not need you to be with your own personal computer everyday. Or you will choose the one that will allow you to make use of a business center, but without burning your resources. In that case, forex trading is not an area to consider if you do not have computer. I think online survey; selling of pictures as well as freelancing can be done by anybody who does not have a computer of his own. Information selling can also be done, at least at the writing level, without your personal computer. But that will involve much labour- writing the manuscript and taking it to the typists to type for you. After the writing stage, you will need so much of the Internet to handle the conversion to PDF, packaging and even your simple-site designing. But a good coach or mentor can help you out in all these with helpful tips and guidelines.
4. BE READY TO START, MAKE MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM-once you have done the above, go ahead and launch out. Bear in mind that there is no perfect work anywhere. Just start whatever you want to do and keep at it. If you make mistakes, be fast to correct them, learn from them and move on. Before long, you will perfect your style and become an established Internet businessman.

To your lifetime success,
From Ekeke Chinedu.

THE BASICS OF INTERNET BUSINESS RICHES

There are fundamentals in Internet business, which must be followed by every marketer for success to be achieved. These fundamentals are there in every aspect of the business you want to go into. Yes, there are some that you can start without necessarily following these fundamentals, but on the long run, if you would want to make it bigger than you started, these fundamentals will always surface and establish their relevance.

What are they?

I have a list of them here:

ü Your domain name: this is the name you want to use for your niche. It is like registering a company name, but this time it is on-line registration. For me, one of my domain names is www.internetrichpurse.com. It is a phrase of three words; “internet”, “rich”, and “purse”. Your domain name could be just anything. It is as simple as saying www.yourchosenname.com. This is the first fundamental. It distinguishes you and sets your name apart from any other name on the World Wide Web.

ü A site hosting company: this is like where the physical presence of your domain is established. If you register your domain name and end it there, then there is no way you will be able to use it for the display of your products and services. Once you register with a web hosting company, then you are ready to create the looks you desire to have your site have.

ü A web site: the combination of the first two makes the third one possible. Just take a look at www.internetrichpurse.com and see what it looks like. The physical thing you see there is the website. But before I got to that stage of putting up that site for the world to see, I had first registered the name with a domain registering company, and then paid a hosting company to host it for me. So where that website is hanging now is courtesy of the host company.

ü A list builder or manager: this is optional but very essential for a long-term success in your business. This is the act of using an auto responder to build the list of everybody who visits your site. The idea is for you to keep a track of them, send them messages from time to time, and eventually have them patronize you in the future. If you cannot afford it for a start, then ensure you get it as soon as you start making money.

The above are the basics. They are needed for every model of business you want to do on the Internet. And just like I mentioned at the beginning, there are businesses that do not need these basics for a start ( businesse like selling of pictures, freelancing, on-line surveys), but that is because you are going to operate under the cover of other people who had long put up their businesses using these fundamentals; yet as you progress and want to expand in them, you may have the need to stand out and just build your own sites for the purpose of giving these services rather than just being part of the larger crowd who rely on other people’s systems.

The first three will not cost you money as a beginner since you can use Google blogger to build a blog that will do the work of a paid website. In making the above statement, I’m considering the fact that you need to start up immediately without giving the excuse of lack of money. At the long run however, it is advised that you consider paying for these things and getting your website hosted by a good web hosting company. There are so many advantages in this approach compared to the free ones. But for a start, the free ones are just okay. The blog you are in now is a free one and I’m sure you get what you are looking for, each time you visit. I also make money from it because I know how to use blogs to make money.

Just follow the fundamentals, and your business will take care of itself.

THE INTERNET MILLIONNAIRE MODEL

Being an Internet millionaire is not difficult but just plain planning. I have always had to wonder why people tend to believe more in jobs than in their personal businesses and the ability their businesses have to transform them to financial giants. I have studied different people over time and one thing is common to them as far as creating wealth is concerned: it is accumulated over time-some long, some medium, while very few for short periods.

Making yourself a millionaire from your Internet business could just be compared to a progressive minded employee who started planning his exit strategy from the first day. The only difference is that the employee might start earning from the first month while you may not. But if you start taking the right action from when your first check starts coming in, then you can always beat the employee, any day.

If you earn $1000 per month from your Internet business, then you are like a new bank employee who is earning the same amount per month ( and most of them earn that as beginners). After about two years, he is promoted to a new level of, say, $2000 per month. And if you started well and know what you are doing, then at the long run, whomever you started with, as an employee cannot see your back.

You simply cannot be earning $2000 per month after having been in Internet business for two years. It’s impossible. (Again, that is if you know what you are doing).

Ok. Let us calculate it. You started first earning $1000 per month as an affiliate, or a blogger or an on-line survey expert or a picture seller. Just one business line. (I choose affiliate marketing). You will be the one doing the bulk of the job; no much money to throw around, so you could not outsource. But after about six months of consistently earning $1000 per month, you have got enough cash to hire ghostwriters to do some of your writing work while you take time out to research a new niche and explore it. You start your operations in the new niche (and remember your old business is still up and running, needing less and less of your presence) and you start making about $500 after the first two months of operating in that niche. You are still working in it seriously and in the next two months your earnings increase to $1000. (This is a conservative estimate, but whoever follows it is surely on the pathway to wealth.).

At a stage, you may want to also outsource in your new business and you research another niche and enter into it. And before long again, you are making another $1000 per month. The whole of this process is taking place just within 14 months! And you are nearing a monthly earning of $3000 per month. You may want to keep it there for your on-line businesses and look into offline investments. As you earn per month, you subtract your expenses and know how much to invest and how much to save and also how much to re-invest in your on-line business.

May be you will need to calculate this process and its entire multiplying effect for five years and tell me where you will be financially. And the sweetest part of it is that anybody can achieve this. If you desire this kind of wealth, please start one Internet business today and send me your testimony in three months time.
